Confirm the available delivery options
Shipping methods, destinations and charges are shown during checkout when ordering is available. If a research deadline depends on delivery timing, confirm the details with Soma Chems US before purchase. A displayed method is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Check your delivery details
Review the recipient name, delivery address and selected product variations before submitting an order. Contact the store promptly if any detail needs correction; an order already being processed may not be changeable.
Problems with an order
For a damaged, missing or incorrect item, retain the packaging and send the order reference, product name and photographs through the contact form. Return eligibility and the next steps must be confirmed for the specific order before sending material back.
Store-specific terms
Terms or shipping rates published by somachems.com do not apply automatically to this independent store. Review the current store terms and the final checkout information.
Delivery and order issues
See Shipping & Returns for address checks and issue reporting. Contact the store before returning any material. Further order-specific information may be needed to resolve an inquiry.
